Returns
Our return policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To qualify for a return:
The item must be unused and in the same condition you received it.
It must be in its original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll send you an email to confirm receipt and let you know if your refund has been approved.
If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within a few business days.

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items are eligible for a refund. Sale items cannot be refunded.
Exchanges
We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, email us at info@runtzdisposablee.com.
Shipping Returns
To return a product, please mail it to the address above.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the return shipping fee will be deducted.
For higher-value items, we recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items without tracking.
